Staffs are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I frequently require a late checkout which is very graciously accommodated. Rooms are clean; beds could be updated but are functional. Air conditioning in rooms is marginal. Conveniently located at major highway intersection. Very helpful employees. Soundproofing was good. Vehicle parking could be a bit challenging for a really large vehicle. Clean room and friendly staff. The price was best rate I could find in the area. They offer breakfast, but we did not have it on this stay.If you are looking for a no frills, clean place to stay this fits the bill. Very accommodating and very polite. The highlight of our stay was the desk clerk Cornell. Even though the hotel was completely booked he was always busy keeping the coffee and breakfast items replenished with a smile. At one point I observed him helping an elderly couple with their luggage. Well maintained property a step above motel, nice breakfast included and well worth the price. We were impressed with friendly customer service here. We have stayed many times, and always a target when we are in the area. Nice, clean rooms, comfortable, easy access, and good rates, with excellent desk service make it a good value. Front desk staff has been very friendly, professional and efficient. Breakfast provided is just right. Not the fanciest, but a very good value, and comfortable place to stay.
