There is no single reason to give more than one star. There are a few points, you should keep in mind before going to that shop. Let me explain my personal experience.1. First, the Shop Owner doesnt have any manner to talk to his customers.2. He doesnt have any value of his words like a deadline or they would repair your computer, laptop within a few days and etc. Basically, he is EVADER.3. He doesnt operate his business professionally.4. Sometimes, the charges much even for fraction of problems in your device.

Owner doesnt handle things professionally..he needs to learn how to talk to customers..
