Good place to stay but their non ac rooms are poorly maintained. No curtains on window. Intercom doesnt work. T V also doesnt function as there. Is no set top box .. paintings are not properly hanged . Staff is good . The manager is well behaved and soft spoken person👍. And ofcourse the morning view from the window is amazing.

Positive points,1. location easily accessible.2. Good view outside window.3. terrace view is awesome.4. staff is polite. 5. outside food is allowed. 6. tv ac is there in working mode. negative points, 1. my bed was too soft to sleep.2. bookings will be tried to allocate a room without window as you have already made payment.3. Room service is slow. 4. AC trips at least 2-3 times a day.5. you dont have personal key access card with you, they will open room for you every time you go out.6. looks like hospitality is not on their list. they dont make any efforts for your more comfortable stay. 7. linen and towel wont be superclean. 8. rooms are not that sound proof you can listen tv sound of other room in your room. all in all not satisfactory for the money you pay here.

There was a big beehive outside our window in this hotel. It is situated just opposite the bus stand. Room and Bedsheets were not clean although size of room was ok and bathroom was clean and big. There was a pillar in the room also which was very awkward

Worst hotel I ever have been.......Its totally waste of your time and money......If you want water,it will take min one hour (I think they bring it from aana Sagar.....No room service like water or other in late night or early morning......Statement given by owner is......सुबह 6 बजे कोई फोन उठाता है क्या......Basically a property saller become owner ....When I have told some of my colleague that I am staying there they were litterlly laughing on me ....कहा फस गया भाई ......And now I feel its true.......तो भाईयो तुम मत फस जाना.......All the best......

My stay at the hotel was not good. There was no Hot water available. It was December month n the average temp was below 15 degree. Called the desk several time.. at the end had to take bath with cold water. Had to leave early morning next day. Called the desk for hot water, didn’t answer the call, personally went to ground floor. Woke the person sleeping. And still didnt get hot water. The room were Good. But the staff is sometimes unresponsive.

It couldn’t be worse. The lady who sits at the reception doesn’t treat customers right. Please do yourself a favor and find some other nearby hotels

It’s nice hotel clean room, supportive staff and owner, if u want to go anywhere take advice from owner he will give best gauide to u, also arrange all travel resources without his commission, if u go anywhere els they will charge traveling + commissions but here we got nothing, Dargah and Jaipur trip is very good just become of hotel owner,If anyone can go and try to trip at Jaipur and Ajmer visit this hotel, cheapest and in your budget hotel.I can easily say this hotel is All for one.Everything is possiable here.

Worst experience ever. Please check room no 204 as special attention. They are not even providing you clean bedsheet and towel.NO wifiNo GyserHad TV but but only naptool channel was workingThey have main AC switch at reception, so in mid night you feel that your room AC sudden stop working. and no one there at reception to take your call and concern. Morever i visited ajmer for offical work , so i am in need of GST invoice in the name of my company. but this man refuse to give me GST invoice, he said hum GST bhar denge to hum kya khayenge, he simply deny they they do not have such system of billing. Also i request all of you , better to stay at any guest house or dharmsala.

The hotel was good, however, they should work a little bit on cleanliness and even the bottles they are using for the RO water was not clean.

Hotel is just 500 mtrs from Temple. Hotel is clean . Very limited room service but there many restaurants nearby so not a problem. In bathroom, they supply hot water only for three hours in morning. In breakfast they served only poori and aaloo ki sabzi with tea / coffee. Location of Hotel is little difficult to find but google map helped.

+ve allowed early check in, Good location, basic rooms.-ve no keys given till checked out,one 17 year old boy for 24 rooms. None else was present there. No restaurant, despite offered package with breakfast. Bought breakfast from other Hotel and served us. Just two items. Felt, Ive paid more.

Newly constructed..hence clean... service is quick.. owner is very helpful and supportive..they allowed me late check-out till 2 pm without any hassal ... grt value for money.. would like to recommend to others without second thoughts..

Rooms are really good to stay with almost good facilities, but you find no remote of AC, it might also be possible that they will not provide the keys of room as they have very few I think so. But for stay its a good place, dont use Go-ibibo, they charge more, deal with direct at hotel.

Best location, opp city bus stand, dargah just 1 km near. with parking facilities, room and bathroom very clean, staff are very cooperative. hill view from Windows is awesome. food is good . I suggest everyone to stay in this hotel. give 5 star

View from room 401.. owner of hotel took 2500 from us promising this cash include with GST but he dint gave us a bill bcoz of late night check-in so he again promise us he will give bill to the next morning, but next day morning he was not at reception when we called he said he required gst number & it will take time to make a bill then he gave his card & said send me the details then i will make bill.—— my qtion is when a tourer went for smwhr will he carry his all gst & xyz docs along or he jus take his necessary docs aadhar card etc docs— highly not recommended

Room is good, clean, staff is co-operative and polite. Slight scope to improve on room services. Could work on providing more facilities inside the room. Like wifi, better channel subscription for tv and entertainment.

Newly built Hotel. Nice room. Some rooms have good view as well, the ones on 3-4 floor. Next to Bus stand, court and collector office. However felt a bit on expensive side.

Not fully constructed till now, no kitchen, no key for room. If you go out and close the door of room, you need to go to reception and ask to open the door of room. Employs very young boys for service and expect that type of service. No cross ventilation in rooms and sound is shared between bathrooms of adjacent rooms.

I loved the rooms for the price ponit and also all the facilities it was near railway station so thats good for people who travel by train and also the hotel have good facilities

Bus Stand,Deluxe Rooms are very small,Reception Staff is very helpful and well behaved,Shocked to see printed bed sheet on Bed which is seen only in cheap class hotels but not in Good Category Hotels,Room Amenities Need improvement like Water Glasses in Room, Hanger in Wardrobe Hand Towel in Washroom, Toiletries etc.
