They have a huge variety of sanitary hardware.You can really get an overview of your dream bathroom.They only sell big brands, so your may get empty.The staff is not at all attentive, they dont explain or show things enthusiastically.Poor behaviour

Cannot say the worst customer service but pretty close to it. The staff is rude, arrogant and does not even try to explain the products that interest you. For purchasing even a single item, in my case it was a bathtub, we had to visit the place a couple of times and not because of shortage of product but for the sole reason that the staff was busy and nobody was there to show us around. Our turn came after patiently waiting for around half an hour and even for that we were told we should come another time. Time which a working person like me doesnt have a lot of, time which I was running short of especially considering it was my lunch break. Even after patiently waiting for them to finish whatever they were working on, I can clearly say it was not an experience I wish to repeat. But thats my experience and Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
