Shoddy construction, poor follow up, builder charged money for parking spot against Supreme Court order, delayed construction did not pay agreed rent for the delay, lifts are often out of service, bare bones facilities that do not match the promises in the brochure, not worth the price, no infrastructure around the place, spotty wireless reception .. a mistake to have bought into the story.

I was employee here. Quality of construction is the best in Ajmer. Society of Upper class has been set up since upto 100+ units sold which includes Villas, Penthouse and Flats.Further clubhouse available for recreational activities.

ARG City, Ajmer has a very nice ambiance and environment. The society is really well maintained and cleaned. The society is equipped with all the needful like gym, club house, sports, swimming pool, temple, shopping mart, grocery store, hotel in it. Which makes easy for the people living in the society.Even I have taken duplex over there. I am coming from Nashik, Maharashtra.

Good Society and great landscapes but need to improve lots of work here.1. Maintenance part is not good.2. Poor builder3. Lots of issue regarding drinking water.4. Network issue, you can not even use internet here.

This is a very nice society , though far from the main city but the facilities in club and the overall design of buildings , flats, gardens and even of the temple here is very appealing.

I am doing job at here as an Engineer and the quality of structural and finishing both are good in Ajmer City if compared to others, The main thing of this place is Pure Silence and The second thing is you can listen miner sound of vehicles are running on NH#8 near of the place but its also give you charm. Internal Roads and Parking Facilities both are good here, Security under surveillance of CCTV cameras with facility of Security guard too.
