Worst experience I have ever had. Purchased washing Machine of Videocon and guess what, my house was flooded with water leaking from a new piece. The service guy came and told that it had defective parts. We contacted the shop, as every flustered up customer might do normally and were greeted by we have sold u the machine, now it is your and your companys responsibility. If you value your time, money and self respect...then DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
