I wish there were a 0 star option.First of all ,please remove fresh from your tagline. I ordered a black forest cake through zomato from this bakery .The order came with two broken candles(that is of least concern) .Now lets nove to the cake,they had changed the definition of black forest converting it to a cake made from a very low quality chocolate batter . The cake was not at all fresh and was stale . Also , the ratio of the cake bread and the cream layer was 1:2 i.e the cake was just cream and that too stale . It had a very unpleasant taste that didnt even taste like a cake .We ended up throwing the entire cake .Trust me,the birthday was spoiled because of this extremely stupid cake.Meaning the bakery just does the service for business ,doesnt add value to service .It was the worst cake ever for me and more than that my friends birthday was spoiled .
