Ordered a bunch of things from Nykaa on 16th Aug,2021 and the shipments were packed into three packages. I received the 2 shipments shortly after that and as I tracked from the app, the third shipment reached Aizawl on 26th Aug,2021 however the updated status of the package was ‘Delivery Delayed’.I completely understand the situation as pandemic hits hard especially in Aizawl. But I got a message from Delhivery this morning (3rd Sept 2021) stating that my package is due for ‘self pick up’ !What are delivery services for if the courier demands self pickup? Besides, I could have bought those stuffs from a nearby store stead of driving hours to pick up my order.Can anyone tell me the email address of Delhivery service in Aizawl?

Improvement needed, lots of it and I am putting it lightly. They do not pickup calls, goes straight to busy tone, not proper contact infos - phone numbers, address, building, email. Their customer support is next to non existent and the main office or the management in Delhi should do something about it. If they dont do anything wrong, why dont they answer, communicate at least with their customers? Its pathetic and unprofessional.

I am very angry about the courier service, I received a message today that my order has reached a location near me and will be delivered within 24hours and I was really happy coz ive been waiting for it a long time and I was hoping that it would be delivered on monday, but just now i received a message again that my order was being returned eventhough i have already paid for it and never requested the return of my order...I would understand it if the order was returned due to troubles while on the road or something like that but since it has already reached a location near me I dont really understand why it is going to be returned...And since some of the items in my order are already sold out at the website the likelihood of me getting them for a second time is highly unlikely...the only explanation i got on the app is due to security reasons...what security reasons are that?? I shipped my luggage cargo through them from Jorhat to Aizawl. It arrived at ITI Aizawl, but they didnt contact me or even tried once to contact me and today I found out that my luggage was returned for no reason. Please stop this irresponsible behaviour, otherwise just pack up and shut down your business, so that no e-commerce site or people will use your channel. The worst delivery Ive ever experienced. Didnt even contact and come to the landmark that ive provided and the remark i get was CONSIGNEE UNAVAILABLE.

This is the worse delivery service. When you track your order it says it’s reached but they don’t bother to call to inform you for days And don’t deliver and they send it back without telling you and when you enquire they tell you it’s from the company’s side which ordered them to send it back. For the next order i sent someone to pick it up with the details required for pick up, afraid that they will just send it back they didn’t want to give my parcel saying that they will deliver it in a day or two. What kind of courier service does this? In a day or two they still didn’t deliver the parcel.

I had terrible experiences (lots of delays and no delivery) with Fedex 3 times in a span of few week, so the next time i ordered i asked the seller not to use fedex. I didnt expect much from Delhivery either due to bad Google ratings but knows that it cant be worst then fedex so asked them to use Delhivery.To my surprise, the tracking was easy and updated at every hub/city. My parcel reached Aizawl on Friday night (11:43 to be exact) and was delivered to me the next day.
