The overall service given by the government persons is a major yes yes. Quality of staff especially the two young lads on duty at the 1st of December, 2020 were extremely helpful that too with passion and charisma. I really wish them well. Long live MBSE.

A better customer care would have been niceAthough they are overall friendly and good at customer care. There are some complains about some staff who are not friendly with customers.

The faculties have and improved regarding communications and interaction with clients.
