Clean and decent sized rooms with clean washrooms, working A/C, comfortable beds. Hassle free check-in and check-out.The bedsheets were clean too. The parking is spacious and there is ample space to move around in the surroundings.

Worst maintenance....hope they realise they are charging us n not a free choultry!!

Stayed here for 2 night.In this temple town to get a place like this was next to heaven.Neat rooms, bathrooms are good considering the standards there.Tariff is a premium compared to the other places that i checked out.They also have aswimming pool,not recommended to swim though as i saw the local lads freaking out in it. A restaurant inside would have been a blessing but they helped us with fetching the food and beverages from a local restaurant.Overall a very good and comfortable place to relax after your hectic and tiring temple treks.

I did not stay at this place. The 4 rating is for the canteen run by a madhwa gentleman. Good tasty homely food. The property looks good and well maintained. To visit all the 9 temples one would need to plan a leisurely trip of around 3 days otherwise a hurried trip of 1.5 days is enough.

Good food, good service and decent AC n non AC rooms. Hope the rooms are maintained well. So far it is a new building. Only that rooms are bit small and conjugated. About 16 rooms in all. Space to walk and keep luggage is very little in the room. Only place in ahobilam to get good rooms for now.

Rooms are good. No exhaust fans in bathrooms. Food is costly and not so good. Better to eat outside.Compare with other hotels this is no 1.

Newly constructed hotel with AC rooms.. well maintained with pantry for tea n coffee. Food sourced from outside..Rooms are big, too narrow rest rooms with no ventilation, no shower.Instead of fans they have wall mounted fans which are very noisy..NO TV...No cupboards or hooks in rooms. Table and chairs were provided on request. Basic amenities like soaps, towels are not provided.They have a pool which is DRY..

This place is called as Swathi complex. They have comfortable rooms & stay. Food here is good but costly. They ask rs 120 for a meal. I have given one star because of the service. We were group of 4 & there was only one two bed room & a 5 bed big room was available. We took the later, paid the money ahead.. Air conditioner stopped working around 10 pm we had to complain but no luck & fan including all lights stopped working around 2 am this was for us & one other upper room other rooms were working fine. We had to wake up the boys but no luck. For whole night we were struggling because of this. We also called the owner Mr Lakshmi Narayana but again no luck. Because of this our next day plans got spoiled. Room quality was good but without fan or AC who will sleep??
