Quality is not upto the mark.My new chappal broken in just two days.I was out of town so I got stiched the chappal. But when I showed to shopkeeper he was asking why you stiched the chappal and asked me to get unstitched . I paid 30 rs for stiching and 10 rs for unstiching .Then shopkeeper replaced the chappal.I will not bata chappal again
