Horrible experience.. Bought a new Lenovo laptop with genuine windows 10, but the windows was not genuine and started giving issues from 1st day itself..The shopkeeper was not ready to accept that it was an issue with the software and asked us to contact Lenovo customer care for any further assistance...I showed the laptop to an external computer repair shop and they confirmed that the windows was corrupt.Never buy from this store!
