Billing process needs to be improved. If you are not in hurry and have less shopping, avoid wasting time. Rest is good.

My experience was good. You can get green vegetables and all other groceries. You may also shopping of clothes for everyone.

These people for no reason do not switch on the AC on first floor Since covid their ac is under maintainence. I wish if i can make officali complain or go legal on this. First we have to wear a mask and than no ac . We can die there due to breathlessnes, We request all of you to not visit there. Even the staff is not listening to any one we have raised the complain so many times but no one listens to us.I want to complain from this i know it will be not sorted but there is no option left to complain..

Only big bazaar near to Gandhinagar.. Although it does not have attractive discounts on product (like dmart offers), still you can buy products less than MRP rate. Main attraction is its cloth section. Multiple varieties for men, women and children. Footwear and toys are also available. They offer 50% discount on toys on Christmas day.One more thing they also have stroller services free of cost if you have baby with you.

Not good at all. Staff was very rude. They were shouting on each other from counters only, that was there way of communication. AC was off. Suffocating and cleaning person was also very rude. As I was just going through there cleaning person just stand in front of me. I mean just front of me and didnt said anything just stared at me. Very 1st you were not using yellow cleaning signages and 2nd you are just standing in front of customers and starring them. Huge lack of training and education. Could be better. 👎

This is not at all a good place to visit. No proper air conditioning and hygiene inside the mall.This place looks good from outside but inside the mall it is not at all a better place to stay in.Better option is to visit gamezone inside the mall.

Please avoid Big Bazaar ..they charge more than the MRP . I bought a toilet cleaner, the MRP was 67 rs however in the bill they charged 78 rs. Also many products would be shown discounted in the racks but in the final bill there would no discount. Even worse than small grocery shop. Quite unprofessionally managed. Also you will be welcomed by lot of mosquitoes.

It was my first visit to Big Bazaar @ Gandhinagar, however it was quite disappointing as the store had very limited stuffs on display. The stock difficiency could be the outcome of limited footfalls so dont visit the store with much expectations in mind during this pandemic period.

I love this supermarket! In a very apt location where there arent any shops nearby which makes things easier. I recommend this place if you want to shop for groceries, veggies or clothes. They have good variety in various products. Theres special wednesday market for vegetables and fruits. And very helpful staff as well.
