Krish TechnoLabs committed fraud and stole thousands of dollars from us which eventually put us out of business. We paid them about $15000 for a complete website redesign and they left us with an unfinished and unusable website and stopped replying to all forms of communication without any notice. We also paid thousands for additional addons that they offered which were not even started and they refused to refund. Ravi Bhalodia was our project manager who caused the most damage, but we also dealt and ultimately ignored by Neek Shah, Tonu V, Kamil Pathan, Kunal and Jiten Padmashali. Do not trust any of these people or this company.

Krish Technolabs have been helpful and professional throughout the whole process updating our web site. Communication has been excellent and when the site went live the transition was smooth and stress free.

We bought a Product Bundled Discount extension from them reading there refund policy of 45 days and minutes after buying we knew this is not the extension which is useful for us. But there sales team smartly asked us to give them a change and help us (see screen shot below) with our requirement, but after few hours they gave a STUPID reason and said they cant REFUND our money.They mention why they cant refund as this reason Here you have different requirements for your project which our extension doesnt provideNEVER BUY product from Krish TechnoLabs Pvt Ltd like this who cheat customers with so called 45 days refund policy but making excuses to avoid with fake reasons.What a Cheat firm and staff to promote this Jaimin Parikh

We have been running an online store for 15 years and signing up with Krish was the worst mistake we have ever made. Two years later, paid over $15k for a website that still does not work. Knowingly charged us thousands for work that was never even started. Ignores emails for months, false promises and constant lying in emails by most of the staff. We are now in the process of taking legal action against them.
