This was my second visit at Shivabhai Dosawala.Again I am in love with their yummy dosas. This time I ordered SFC Special Dosa. Highly recommend this one. This Dosa is basically stuffed with potato sabji, raw veggies like carrot, capsicum,cabbage, and lots of cheese... Served with red and white chutney and sambhar.The prices are pocket friendly .This dosa cost me :- 170/- onlyWhich is fair deal.Nice sitting arrangements.

Shivabhai Dosawala is one of my favorite place for south Indian Food and food is great. I tried most of the food items like masala Dosa, rava dosa, idli, Menduvada, Masala idle. I recently had a palak paneer dosa today.it is the worst dosa i had in my entire life.too oily , the dosa was not at all like dosa rather it felt like halwa and the sambhar was to sour.

Average quality of the food, we have ordered butter masala dhosa and plain paper dhosa but the taste of food not good.The seating arrangement is good and the restaurant is good and maintain cleaning. service is also good. many varieties in dhosa the menu are bigger they also provide other item as well like cold drinks. they dont accept other payment options like credit / debit cards.

Very delicious food. Tried Mysore masala dosa and Meduvada on recommendation... totally satisfied. Price is a bit high.. but given the taste and ambience its okay. should go there on weekdays around 7 to 7.30pm to avoid parking problem.

The restaurant serves the items as per orders and in quick time. The minimum waiting period is quite suitable to the foodies. If one wants to have a visit, should go with preparedness of 15/30 minutes waiting. The taste of the food is good and moderate and has sitting capacity of around 50/60 people at a time. One should go on weekdays between 7.30 and 9 p.m. to avoid parking and crowding on weekends. The restaurant needs to improve neatness and should also concentrate on better parking and waiting facilities. Enjoy your age with Shivabhai Dosawala.

Nice restaurant for South Indian dishes. The place is usually crowded and ambience is also average. However, taste is good. Parking of 4 wheelers is not adequate, as you need to park your car on one of the busiest road in Ahmedabad.

Authentic South Indian taste cooked by south Indian people. They really serve delicious chutney and hot sambhar any number of time without any hesitation.If you go on weekends after 9 you may have to eat in buffet style (less chairs).Beware of rainy and summer season. No shade and No fans.

Impressive varieties of Dosas, served with generous and repeat servings of coconut chutney, tasty sambar and sweet curd. The dosas and accompaniments are very yummy. Quite expensive as compared to the location and seating arrangement. Its worth a visit if you can ignore the hygiene part. The place where they cook is very shabby. The best part is its available up to late night.

Not only in Ahmedabad,Gujarat but in majority south indian food restaurants throuought including places in South, majority have modified preparation of SAMBHAR to typical gujarati daal containing Sugar or joggary. I think we are going to lose the TASTE and PREPARATION TOO.
