THEY DIDNT HAVE A SINGLE PIECE OF WINDOW AC

Staff is not at all interested to answer our queries.We want to buy water purifier and observed that price is 4-5k more than online price.On questioning this, the madam gave illogical answer. And then started answering our queries while using her mobile. This is such a ruff behaviour observed.

I went to buy a Air-Condition from here brand - Godrej 1.5 ton in May-18, they deny to provide me a GST Tax invoice since i willing pay with Capital one EMI Card. I didnt accept the invoice and cancel the deal.what sales india did, they have taken my DP (later provided a Cr. Note), and get full payment from Capital One now im paying the Installment since 2 month, they are in process to refund the amount to Capital one, i got a pain of rs. 8000/- till now..., even on the same day bill was cancelled, no delivery order has made,, how can they got the money from Capital one got knows.

The sales folks dont know how to talk to customers. On enquiring where I can find a washing machine stand, I was told any store will have it . I asked where and was told again anywhere. Talk about disappointing customer service
