They cancelled departure without any reason and I have to bear huge loss of air ticket and hotel cancellation. Even they are not citing proper reason of cancellation.Lack of timely update. I have lot more to say about problems with this company but in short this is the NO.1 FRAUD company and its following branches.And I just cant understand the policy of all these company that we do not get full amount refund if we cancel the trip under worst condition(even in death case) but they can cancel the trip without any charges.In that case also, we have to bear the loss.

I took a kitchen tour to the North East and it was very badly organized. They tricked us into budget hotels which had Brown colored water from the taps and no hot water or heaters in -2 deg C. The kitchen was highly incompetent- stone cold meals of undercooked rice and raw potatoes in Subzero temperatures. Worst of all the tour manager was a crook who for his kickback fooled us into taking a very high altitude out-of-itenerary site-seeing and one of us collapsed and had to rushed to the military hospital. Others were at the brink of falling ill. The one star is for a competent and safe driver that they gave us.

Very bad service I have ever seen in my life.And this is not only with this branch but the entire Cox and Kings company.Fraud company. Even they dont have any knowledge about where his company provide services.

Worst tour operator I have come across. I visited Mauritius with Cox and Kings. They just left you with the local tour operator there. Then, there is no responsibility of Cox and Kings. The worst part was the local tour operator was a bullshitt.! They wasted our precious three days of tour . ! Please dont go with Cox and kings ever. Specially Mauritius, never.!

Very poor and bad service. Even one day before they change the hotel and give bad hotel. They dont provide the things as per they gave in writing ( specially Hotels ).

On 28-11-2018 at 11:30 I went there and asked for a print of my very urgently needed form of(IIM) but inspite of having internet connectivity and printer facilities they very rudely denied my request. I had to go to there office because nearby photocopy shops were not having internet facility. I even offered them that i will pay what so ever the print would cost but their response was very disrespectfull.This is not the way you should behave with people around. Very shameful act.😠😤😡

Poor service and extremely rude to customers...Not value for money

Even they dont have any information regarding tracks or your destination. You have been told to wait a while and for mail as well.But neither they will mail you nor picked up your calls. Worst service in fact I would say no service you will get.Dont know why they have opened agency.
