Parking is cramped but vallet is available so dont worry. Went for a lunch with team, it was good and reasonably priced with very nice starter , welcome drinks. May be a good place if you want to have a good lunch with limited options in buffet.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I do not understand how an untrained front office staff is kept in a star hotel to attend calls.On September 2, at exactly 2:28 pm, I had called the hotel regarding room booking. Whoever picked up my phone, talked in a very rude way and then also hung up the phone. This was not expected from the receptionist of a 4 star hotel. Management needs such front office staff who can understand the customer and not talk in a trampling manner. And whoever picked up my phone thank you brother, I came to know about the hotels attitude even before booking. Now I can comfortably book my event in another hotel

Room are very very nice and clean. New concept. Everything is perfect except the pathetic service. I was denied to be served breakfast by the employ and asked me to help myself very rudely while the staff was busy looking after orher tables (in total 4 including mine). I have booked the most expensive room here and still the RACISM i faced is punishable. Do not recommend anyone . If you’re looking for service , dont step foot here

I am a regular visitor of this hotel but this time I got big disappointment, There are few points I would like to share from my experience. There was no water in Morning for at least two hours which disturbed my schedule and travel plan. I ordered breakfast in the room but literally, they forgot to send think about the morning you are waiting for breakfast and no water in the room and when you open door yesterdays lunch plates are still lying in the corridor with flyes and insects on it so these are things are enough to spoil your morning mood. location is good service has been degraded.

Good place the only thing I found here or lacking was the activity done by the room service people and the people were quiet you can say busy with their work they dont have enough time to interact with the customer and not any activities are done in this hotel so if you are visiting here you need to take care of everything yourself if you are feeling bored and everything that TV here given doesnt have recharge of their Airtel connection and many channels are not coming and so you may feel bored rest of the things staff was friendly, food was nice and it was totally a combination of good environment but a little bit of expensive

I visited recently and during my stay I found this hotel is very much good for a pleasent stay.Most of the Place to visit is close proximity.From the gate to the room, it is neat and clean. Full Hotel is centrally air-conditioned. There are 4 types of Room available as per Tariff category. Silver, Gold, Platinum, Rhodium and Titanium.There are option to include complementary Breakfast. One can also book Complementary breakfast + Complementary Lunch / Dinner.Food quality is awesome. From Soup to Sweet dish and finally Ice cream.I strongly recommend to stay in this Hotel.

Stayed here for 4 days , stay was descent , rooms and bathroom were clean. Internet can be a bit spotty. The resturant was excellent. The morning buffet was very good. The dinner buffet was excellent. The curries they make is worth a mention. Highly recommend this place for the dinner buffet. The buffet is not extensive but what they serve is really good taste and quality

Good location. Staff is humbe and kind. Interior is good but old and not well maintained. Food is ok. Hall in the basement and not maintained. Stair case is narrow for large gathering. For seminar there were not enough chairs. When the seminar was going on, the staff was running to manage the chairs.

Centrally located. Got a nice upgrade to a higher room for a nominal rate. 1 star less for the breakfast variety.

Nice location, very helpful staff. We reached hotel at 9.20 am although check in time was 12.00 pm the front office staff helped us in early check in. Food quality is also very good. Only suggestion is. Their should be one at least one window in the Room to allow sunlight & fresh air. Rest all is good. Had a very good time. Will like to visit again & recommend to all.

The food is good but one big problem for parking for local people... How can they build without parking such a hotel.... I think they use B1 & B2 as a conference or seminar hall (Its call corruption). On reception counter the behavior of responsible person is not good after asking of parkinng... He says which hotel have parking...? Instead of proper answer. If you want to enjoy such a place go with out vehicle. All the best.

Very Clean Eco Friendly Room, Fantastic food, very professional and co-operative staff, well equipped gym and an excellent location(just opposite to Passport Office in Navrangpura). From Hotel El Dorado, Sabarmati ashram, river front area, parks, malls, theaters, restaurants and other attractions are nearby. Sabarmati Ashram and River front can be reached in 10 mins by Auto or taxi..the rest of the attractions are at stone throw away distance.

Nice hotel in hear of Ahmedabad. We stayed here for two nights and the stay was pleasant. They have a restaurant attached to it and they serve really good food. You can find lot eateries and hotels close by.

Safe and comfortable for family stay. Visit the natural ice cream shop just opposite side of the road. The law garden shopping lane is nearby. Service and staff both are good. A very beautiful hotel in the first impression. The location of the hotel is very nice between ashram road cg road. Visit for the food.

Attended a social gathering this Sunday. The hotel is centrally located. Near both Ashram road and C G Road.They have banquet halls for corporate and social gatherings too.Food served was decent - mainly Indian fare. And reasonably priced too.Recommended for small gatherings of up to 50ppl. Parking may be issue though for bigger groups, especially on weekdays, since there are a lot of office buildings in the vicinity.

Nice place for a short stay. Just close to the Mithakali cross roads which is sort of at the centre of the city. Ashram road is very near too. Airport is not that far. Take an auto from airport as it is cheaper and faster. Vegetarian restaurant is connected to the hotel downstairs. Not heavy on your pocket. Good service.
