Actually it is good Life Insurance but no body is contacting from Bharti Axa Insurance office regarding my querry

They are already closed. Dont misguide someone

I have had a really unpleasant experience with bharti AXA life insurance service and employee.My RM told me that my cancellation is under process and my amount paid would be credited to my account in 2-3 days, and its been more than 45 days since then, but nothing happened. Now my RM is out of the picture and I am assigned a new person, who is in charge of my cancellation, and claims that my case came to his hand when my cancellation period had expiored. This is total case of bad customer service and the greed of employees to reach the sales numbers to win an award.I really am fed up of calling the person and getting the response that I am working on it, but nothing seems to be working. So a big no no.

The worst insurance company this insurance company cheat me frnds don’t believe this company not giving a single service and lier also
