We like the tool a lot, we are an Italy based marketing company and picked smarttask after a very long research and testing of many other platforms: best balance between price and power.

Were really enjoying SmartTask, as are our contract employees. Its easy to use and hides a lot of great functionality you might not understand at first. The SmartTask team remains available to assist us in using their system, and were very happy to have purchased it!

Great price! Amazing Asana competitor (and replacement)! Portfolio view is super great to see all projects at once. Multiple different levels of compatibility are awesome to organize your company. This tool made me 20x more efficient and organized. Just think CRM module could be simpler to use. All the rest is fantastic! Price is more than fair, support is kind and quick. This is real folks!
