Today i ended business dealings with the companys CEO Ashok. Overall the quality of their design work was good but incomplete, for example they didnt add the footer and header for the price comparison detail page. Their coding had alot of errors which they took along time to fix after feedback, there are still bugs in their code as i write so i have to hire another company. The most dissappointing thing was that they took payment from me but refused to complete the project. The scope of work clear stated they would do SEO work on my companys prices comparison page, yet Ashok stated his company doesnt do SEO work and they are only a technology company. This contradicted what his director Hitesh said, Hitesh provided a quote for SEO work on the whole website. While Ashok claimed they dont do SEO.Overall they didnt complete the project and took my money but when they do the job their design work is of high quality. They are also cost effective in some cases.

His replys are timely and he is always ready to help. Also he speaks and understands spoken English very well!His written English is not as strong so I encourage phone conversations to insure clear communication.Its important to understand that our American culture is vastly different from the Indian culture, especially when it comes to business and general business expectations. Watch the movie Million Dollar Arm to get a better understanding.With that said, ASHOK is basically a General Contractor, similar to GCs here in the states that build commercial or residential structures. ASHOK hires teams of developers to fit the project.As you can imagine his developers do not have the language skills, commitment or the mindset that ASHOK has. I strongly recommend to talk with and communicate with ASHOK only.I had some issues with his developers, however ASHOK took care of everything and even fired a few of them. He does what it takes to get things done and to make things right.To insure the smoothest road and best experience with ASHOK or any Indian developer, its key to have crystal clear parameters on what is expected by what date. Also, what will happen if the timelines are not met.I hope this helps.

I decided to use Mxicoders after discovering them online after theyd worked on a similar website concept. I was initially contacted by Ashok who went through the design process and specification on what I wanted and was then assigned to Hitesh.
