WORST SERVICE :In a nutshell : Dont buy any AQUEL products I guarantee YOU WILL REGRET FOR PURCHASING AQUEL PRODUCTSI raised the complaint on 24 December and the service boy came to check the product at 21st March ....They are just a pure cheaters only motto is to fool customer .....The service boy damage the product with his negligence and customer has to bear the cost of it..... and they charge service charge even If the product is in warrenty ..... Instead of buying AQUEL product you can blindly belive on local products.... CARELESS ATTITUDE OF HIGHER AUTHORITY

Please dont buy aquel. they are a big bunch of cheats who will never respond to complaints after sale. beware.

Purely Cheater people , Not taking complain call, No use of warranty service , friends be careful if builder provide Aqual fitting dont aceept.

Great customer service. Always available at your beck and call, of course, in a practical capacity.

Wrost customer care service, 4-5 times having issue with mouth operating tap within 2 years and every time it takes 1-2 month to repair.

Very pathetic service ,please dont use it people who are taking there equipment after purchase they are not picking up the phone and if by mistake they picked the phone then they never come up for the service .People who are working are not at all professional .One person in Ahmedabad Mr. Arvind who is the supervisor does not know how to talk to person and never responded. Shame full people and pathetic service.

Aquel, cheater Company complain number 1809749 of Ahmedabad dt 05/09/18 still pending ( 21/10/18 ) calling on customer care listening to complain number disconnect the line, they have malafied interest with dealers, builders & supply seconds ( defective ) goods to new construction sites & never response, all mail ids given on website also not replying, VERY STRANGE.

We have got Aquel Bath Fittings installed by the builder in our society. Since, last 2 years we are having plenty of leakage complaints. The service engineer of the company has attended the issues on individual complaints many times but in just couple of weeks the problem starts again. Most of our fittings are with & 7 years of warranty so they keep on repairing with no permanent solutions. The leakages loads our pumping electricity bill too.

Aquel is not giving any service to the existing customers ... So before buying pls check response once in the market ...the hardware shops are saying the company is going to shut down soon and they have stop manufacturing of parts and not able to provide any part of their existing products.... I have logged a complaint before one month and they arent able to resolve yet. Complaint no 1809706. Service is very poor & pathetic.

Pathetic Service. No response. Dont care attitude.

Bad service. Number given on google and by builder doesn’t reply ever. Having lot of issues with their bath fittings
