Very good plan..used good quality material but very bad workmanship. All electrical and sanitary fittings are done in such a bad manner that spoils entire uniqueness of the project.Water leakage from Jaguar fittings and switch boards are not fixed properly.The promoters are very good but the execution & supervision team did not perform well.

Excellent residential complex of around 130 twin bungalows and row houses, located bang on SG highway at gota. The 300 m long approach road from SG highway is ansore factor otherwise it is an excellent facility with 2 gym, 2 swimming pool, spacious common lawn, concrete paved internal roads etc....

This location is club house of a residential society and not any training centre.
