Irresponsible staff, I think Gas agency of their should be cancel, I have shifted to Ahmedabad & on 14th May I took the connection today is 18th May & still they have not delivered the Cyclinder.

Very bad service. They book on your name automatically and deliver to someone else. No improvement in service despite of informing.

Pathetic service, they keep fooling you .. first while registeration then for allotment of your cyclinder too. Behaviour of the male representative is really very arrogant & rude as if he is doing favor on us mind you IT US WHO ARE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE AND NOT ASKING FOR A FREE CYCLINDER. While booking i was said i will receive it the same day but after payment i was informed about the procedure according to which it would take 3 days. I had clearly asked this before hand but was informed that i will receive the same day only but after payment they denied the same. Which is not a good sign as if the same would had been informed me earlier i would be happy that they told me the reality but here i felt robbed. Even after registration today its 5th day still havent received my cyclinder yet. You try calling them they keep fooling you. Seriously pathetic service

Jay Jyoti gas agency staff behavior is very rude on call, I have booked cylinder a week ago and received the message of delivery on next day but they didnt delivered the cylinder after 5 days of daily follow up and 5-7 call every day, still I didnt, received cylinder, very bad service. now Im going to change distributor once I receive cylinder. very very very bad service.

Very Bad Behaviour of Staff.Online complaint would be redress without concerning customers.Means vo log khud hi aage sab kuchh sahi hai and we have talked with customer and complaint resolved ka communication karte hai jabki you will never receive any communication prior to resolving you complaints regarding anything.I think have agency thinking that we have goodwill so we can act like anything. So they are not prioritizing the customers. And if they have collect money from you regarding any thing then they harassing to customers indirectly.Further a lady who is sitting at front desk is non-sense, she even dont know how to talk with customers. For example if you ask that I have not received a subsidy for the month of refill May and June then she will answer you that Ahiya nahi puchhvanu then you ask to kya puchhu she will reply kidhune ahiya nahi puchhvanu to nahi puchhvanu, mane nathi khabar. 4-5 times she gave this answer.On raising a complaint through online module, next day morning I came to know the the complaint has been resolved with the resolution that Complaint solved, as confirmed with the distributor.So I have a good suggestion for you Jay Jyoti Gas Agency, do you have Jalaram Lock, if yes, then put it on shutter and go to (hell) home or if you have a business ethics then terminate that a lady from her service or arrange an in person apology.

Online system for this Agency is very very Poor , no correctness in system. they are still wants to work like in old days , manual booking and cash payment. whenever you do online payment, either it will be cancelled or showing delivered without actual delivery of cylinder. and worst part is that they are not improving the system to avoid such type of incident. I feel that they have to improve their online system , Except online system rest All are fine.

I did not book gas cylinders, yet I received messages from Gas Cylinder Booking & Delivery for 4-5 months. And never give gas cylinders by weight. And this staff behavior is very bad. And sometimes pick up the phone and keep it on the side. Very very bad this agency.
