Very well designed and constructed enterprises grade office building. Excellent use of blinds which prevents heat coming inside and saves lots of energy. Nice arrangements for visitors at ground floor.They would have managed place for AC outdoor units in better way to maintain the building elevation. Waiting for lift in peak hours is bit of a pain. Building management should also think about option of renting a parking space instead of leaving ample empty space in basement.
