I had administered INJ PALDELA to 4 of my ante natal patients, it was given in 100ml dilution 500mg FCM and I noticed that all the pts developed severe vigorous vomiting, and clinically significant hypotension of 70mmHg systolic and unrecordable diastolic blood pressure which lasted for 1 hour, they were managed with IV fluids and were later recovered after 2-3 hrs, but all of these patients had IUD, and upon enquiring the representative of La Renon he told that this particular batch had adverse drug reactions, if this was the case then why did they sell such sub standard products, we really had tough time counseling the patients and delivering the dead babies at free of cost because the patients attendants blamed Paldela being the cause. The cause of IUD was because of clinically significant hypotension which caused placental hypo perfusion after administration of inj Paldela.All sub standard products these people sell and put doctors in trouble
