I have worst ever experience. Staff are very irresponsible and rude and rough on language, not co operative at all. We have to request them again and again, then if they feel comfort, they look to us and based on their mood, respond. NOT HELP BUT JUST RESPOND. We have to literally urge them to do our required task and they dont even look to us and we need to wait but they are just continuing what they are doing earlier rather of responding to customer. After several minutes of wait they just listen. Manager is also just covering their staff rather of solving problem. My experience with other banks even govt banks far more better. This is even worse than any other bank.

Totally poor service with 3rd class staff.never got satisfied answer from them.

Pathetic response. The staff doesnt even respond to calls. And never call back also, especially Mr Rohit. Poor quality of staff lacking knowledge and experience.

Worst service provided by branch.Manager and staff not well trained and they dont know the solutions if any issue occurs.They did mistake in filling form and ask customer to come to branch and refill form.Branch manager and staff not qualify or dont have basic knowledge.They could not solved any issue with they own. they just call customer care from customer phone and try to get solution.After 6 month my account still not operational.

Bad service

The bank staff is non cooperative and partial as they allow few customer to entertain even after working hours (4:30 which is very early than other branches) while they not even provided a single delivered courier to me at same time eventhough next 2 days were off (sat & sun). The whole staff got together and threatened me even including Manager and mr. Rahul(service representative) of it also.
