Charges were wrongly charged by bank in account and I was been given the acknowledgment for reversal of charges on 02/03/2021 but till todays the charges are not been reversed.I have visited the branch 5 times but they just ask to keep on waiting and waste the time by giving unreasonable excuses.
Timing not updated, by Branch on Google and Maps.Wrong timing displayed in Google search, have just put on notice on banks gate,How will one know unless he/she visits that particular branch.

Some staff are too slow and not attentive. Thats good that not all staff is like that they help to customer and care about that but because of some staff they service is overall too poor.I personally very disappointed with this
