Good number of equipments, exercise space is adequate, not extremely crowded at rush hours lastly food is delightful for veg as well as non vegExtra activity yoga, aerobic... Etc on its weekly schedule.Recently there are dance classes ongoing and its not included in gym membership.

The area of the gym is large with seperate space for treadmills, workout, running/jogging and large aerobics/yoga space . It contains state of the art equipments with good trainers. Moreover, It gives workout schedule on its own mobile app. It has food court, vast storage space & washrooms with jacuzzi being one of its attractions.

The largest gym of ahmedabad. Very efficient trainers, a vast array of instruments and hardware, the gym is open from 5 AM TO 12 AM. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to get slim and strong.

Ahmedabad has been swamped with gyms in last couple of years. They talk about all the different varieties in work outs but body carpenters actually delivers them. You will not find anywhere in Ahmedabad the right trainers who can actually guide you for cross fit regime. But BCG actually has an entire team dedicated to cross fit.
