Offline is available but need to stand in a queue. Ticket is valid for whole day. All transactions are done is Debit Card or Credit Card only, cannot pay cash.There are guide at aquarium they will explain if you have any questions related to fishes. Very co-operative.There are many things which are free of cost to see in Science City.Very good maintained, nice and clean.

Its so much good for the kids.And also for adults.Its cost is not so much high.Entry fees are 50 rupees and aquarium ticket is just 200 rupees.And other some things are also good in science City.There one day is not enough to see all science City.Aquarium is so much big just its take 2 to 3 hours if you just see all things.If you are photoholic person then its take 4 to 5 hours.There is one problem there is just one tea post in the aquarium so if you want to go to the tea post you need to go there from the aquarium.So indirectly there tea post ticket is also 200 rupees.😅

The reservation is easy, you can book the tickets via online through their website. Place is very clean. Staff is also helpful and courteous. It will take 2 hours to complete round of Aquatic Gallery. They also have cafeteria on second floor.

This is an awesome place. There are different zones like American zone, European Zone, Oceans of the world zone and the fishes of those zones are there in different tanks. There is a touchscreen display as well in front of every tank on which one can see the information about the particular fish of that tank. There are different variety of fishes and aquatic animals. And at last you will end up in the Shark Tunnel which is a different experience altogether 😍. There is a cafeteria as well. Staff is supportive. The place is very well maintained, neat and clean.

The place was good, I visited with my friends and really- we spent more than 3 hours there just watching fish. Everything was good,but... The cafe there was so crowded no space to sit and too expensive... Like a Maggie there cost 110 rupees so- bring your own food. Otherwise the fishes environment and the shark tunnel... OMG, Not gonna lie the shark tunnel had me lost my way, I was so fascinated by the underground fish aquarium that I went ahead by myself and my friends lost me... Kind of embarrassed to get lost... Though the shark tunnel was really good there was a family of four sharks and Sting Ray too... So CUTE. If youre interested in fishes its the best place I know to go. Also buy tickets online first before you visit as they dont sell it offline.

After years, I revisited yesterday with h my Astronomy club members. Found Astronomy hall, so pathetic. Old plates and old data. I felt ashamed to show to new Astronomy lovers. Had to rectify multiple data to its correct values. Sharing only one of the data as Jupiter has 18 & Saturn has 16 satellites 🙏🏼 decades old dataShow of Mia Fuski was low grade with 0 ventilation, no fan n no air circulation...Tired of heat and stuffing inside so, left from Astronomy Hall...Lack of drinking water station and No food made children, cranky...Best aspect of all was last visit to Aqua park. Class of its own with so many different species and World class finishing...Here too, though there were enough volunteers but, were busy in their own cellphones 🙏🏼🙏🏼 No interaction or interest in guiding or motivating visitors...Earth 🌎 globe was also very good but couldnt spend much time but will visit again for sure for more experiences 🙏🏼

Finally I booked tickets online and entered in the premises and my comments are as followPros:Ambient environmentNeat and cleanLess crowdedCons:Ticket charge for Robotic is quite high, you will pay Rs 250 to just see few Robots and even after that few services are chargeable.For watching fish in Aquatic world you have to pay RS 200 which I felt is very high.No proper sign board or no one was there for guidance.Most of equipments were not workingFinally it felt like I have wasted around RS 1000 to visit this scrap (sorry to say that)Good for Kids but dont expect too much

We are not able to visit Robotic Gallery because of some VIP visitors movement.And old structures are in very poor conditions, needs maintenance.Need whole day to explore this place, and of course good walking stamina. Per person minimum cost is 500 (entry 50 + Aquatic 200 + Robotic 250) add parking.Less choice in food, and expensive too. Per person add 250 to 350 for food.The main highlight is Shark tunnel.Rest is OK.

Worth for one time visit. You can experience a dive in Ocean. They can see variety of fishes, eels, Turtles, Frogs and many more. Staff is wonderful and will love to help you in educating about fishes and maintenance of Aquarium. Got a chance to see sharks of various size, loved the tunnel concept and the zone division to get better idea about origin of fishes.

I went to visit Aquarium and Robotics Gallery with my 6 yr kiddo. It was a great experience with my family. We all loved the beautiful fauna all around us. Especially when its drizzling and the climate is at its best, you can enjoy the whole time. There is an online site that shows ticket can be booked online but that site was not working on Saturday and we had to stand in queue for about an 30 minutes to get tickets for us. But I suppose it is worth when the climate is pleasant and when the overall experience is so lovely. There are separate costs/tickets for all areas like aquarium, robotics, 3D theatre etc.and separate cost for parking and entry fees (50inr per person).Science City has lot of greenery and is spread across many acres. You need to walk a lot from parking to the Aquarium/Robotics/5D theatre etc. Well maintained, clean, green all around. Food is available. Tea Post has their outlet also.The aquatic gallery is spread over an area of 15000 sqm. It has 68 tanks which hold brackish, marine and fresh waters in variety of ecosystems marked as Indian, Asian, African and American Zones. It has 11,690 animals from 188 species. The shark tunnel in the gallery is 28 metre long.In a nutshell, Gujarat Science City is a science education and entertainment centre located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Couldnt cover the whole park just visited Aquatic gallery and Robot cafe. Its a great experience. You will love the fauna here. Almost 11600 creatures are here. And I am sure it will just get better with time. You will get to see baby Sharks hovering above your head in glass tunnel. Thats a wonderful experience. Old and sensitive people can feel nauseatic to the smell of fish. My mother and grandmother couldnt tolerate it so had to wait outside.Unfortunately Robot. Are was closed till be reached so couldnt experience it. But took some pics. Will visit again when I am in Ahmedabad cause I have missed many things there.

The place was lovely. Beautiful and vast at the same time. I did not manage to tour the entire Science City. There is an issue with the management of the place though. Most of the facilities, for example demonstration facilities, need to be regularly maintained and serviced.

Visited Science City on 4th Oct. It is preferred to book entry ticket @ 50/- p.p., parking tickets, aquatic gallery @ 200/- p.p. & robotics tickets in advance to avoid queue. Outside food is not allowed only for kids they are allowing some refreshments. Cafeteria is in Aquatic gallery but it is very very crowded. We went to Mission to Mars ride and Earthquake experience ride @ 40/- each. Coal mine is under maintenance.

Marvellous! Worth the fees they charge. It is on par with the international acquatic galleries I have seen so far. It will take around 2 hours to visit the entire gallery. The tanks are well maintained and cleaned , only thing is that they should try putting live plants in the tanks. Sea horse , jelly fishes and turtles were missing but I was informed by the management that they are in quarentine and will be in the tanks soon. The management and helping staff is awesome. They will happily answer all your queries and will also give information about fishes and their maintenance. We also saw divers in the main Tunnel. It was a good site seeing someone is diving to feed the fishes. The main attractions are- Shark Tunnel, photo points inside the tanks, star fishes, temple design in the Tunnel etc. Its a must visit place for everyone.

Best place to spend time worth to go

If you have ever been to an aquarium outside india, then dont visit this. You will be disappointed and it will be a waste of time/money. They only have fishes and no other sea creatures. For people who cannot afford to travel much, its a good place to see different kinds of fishes.

Great place for relaxing.. plenty of fish varieties available and set up is very good.. some species are missing like - Octopus, sea horse, jelly fish, big star fish. Some work is on going I guess, they might add those in future

Honestly, this place was a complete mess. It was opened in a hurry. NO COVID PROTOCOLS WERE BEING FOLLOWED1. Aquarium is quite good and worth spending time, but rest, not worth it. Many attractions were still being set up, its hard to find specific places in this maze.2. Buy online tickets before going. It offers many stops like Science and space center but air conditioning was not working, and it was really hot inside. There was a presentation,but again very very very childish.3. IMAX centre - Hardest place to spot. It had few movies on the go with timing. Youve to buy tickets there only. (@₹150 per person)4. Very few spots to eat food. They dont let you take any food inside. Very very annoying.5. Robotics was meant to be good, but honestly it was okayish. Felt like it was more of an exhibition than a chance to interact with a robot.6. Earth Energy centre. Didnt visit there.7. Nature park in the centre.8. Butterfly house - not opened.My Suggestion - it couldve been much much better, if opened with all things working.

It was our 1st visit. We couldnt complete visiting all places due to rain. The place is very helpful for kids..fun with some learning..we visited Inox 3D and aquatic gallery...they should seriously increase the capacity of canteen..aa its choked with 1.5 hr waiting..they should have more eat outs..or allow people to bring food..they should have an option to book tickets for all places at the counter rather than moving people around and find out no slots available..should learn thev ticketing system from Statue of Unity which is seamless..
