Very good vast big complex. But some how totally ignored and getting ruined as old ignored ugly castle. No maintenance at all. Theatre seats also dirty. No much crowd. Except cinema screens nothing working here. May be losing its charm. Screen brightness dull. Require immediate improvement.

The screen is way too up and seats are way down. Otherwise its good place to watch movie.

This mall is totally deserted. The basement parking stinks like sewer. The lifts that goes to cinepolis opens like door of horror movie.I watched a 3D movie there and if you get seat right or left coloumn, it will give you a headache.Better opt for any other place than this to watch movie. Not worth of spending.

Theatre deserve 3 star but the mall premise deserve 1 star. Very poorly managed facility. Lift / escalator doesnt work, very dirty place. Stray dogs roaming on all the floors. Looks like a haunted place. Not recommended for family. Ticket prices are way too high for this kind of facilities.

Its a PVR venture so its gonna be good on the inside. Dont go by the mall, the mall is really bad but the Movie Theatre is really good.

The Cinemax Cinema once used to be the talk of the Town but now it is just another Cinema nowadays. The maintenance and cleanliness there has faded. The mall that has it is closed and gives you a feeling like The Walking Dead scenario. Lifts some days work some days dont. The Cinema although that fact loots its people with unbelievably high prices on food. The quality of food might not be of interest. The seats of the screens although that are surprisingly comfortable. Probably not a good place to take your girlfriend or boyfriend there. Definitely not a good place for old age people.

FOR 3D Movies its a good theater, but sound quality is average, it should be improved because other theaters are having very good sound quality than this one. Also the legs room is very less and chairs are not much comfortable. Overall average experience.

The Dev Arc Mall is functional only because of this Cinema. The entire mall is an eerie place. All shops of mall are closed. Please use the lift at your own risk. Toilets are unhygenic and not cleaned regularly. This cinema offers cheapest tickets for early morning movie shows in the city. there are two basement parking, but you have to be careful while parking as the sign boards are confusing. The parking lot is shared with others also.

This theatre is only for couples aspect !! All the visitors are generally couples so no hesitation about comfort with your one. This is not so family theatre , but on the holidays or some spacial occasion people come with family otherwise do not go with your family on weekdays.. youll be embarrassed.

Get a good staff who can manage every type of audience. And if you are dealing with a bad print just cancel the show without being greedy. I would like to give zero starts. Thank you 🙏

Everything is good except scary experience as shopping mall in which it is located as that mall is closed and theatre is on the 3rd floor. Closed mall with relatively low mass movement causes wierd smell and loud sound echoes while talking outside the theatre.By the way sound quality is medium compared to other theatres and viewing experience is too same level. Dont except perfect 3d movie viewing experience as it is not much effective here.Overall cheap and fun if you have just to make fun with low spending.

Cleaning and sound is very good

My experience about this place is awesome because of the quality of services which are delivered here. The PVR is really very big and best place for watching movies. Because of the audio system and the quality of movies. Then I want to talk about the staff members they are really very helpful for us and they are also very responsive. When we came to PVR we feel this place for us. And the services are also very good. Lastly I want to talk about the screen size it is also very Large.Thank you.

It is really good theatre with loud sounds and awesome quality. It is in my list of favourite theatres. And honestly we see only two things before picking a theater, good quality and sound both are satisfying. pricing are for all kinds low, middle class and high class.

Terrible. Pathetic parking. No sign boards. Worst staff at booking counter. And the building is like haunting house. No lifts working, no Escalators working. They deserve zero star. Strictly no no. Waste of time, money and mood.I would love to gift a lock to shut it for ever.

Cinema hall is really good one. No problem there. However, the building had only one lift working which is not enough for all customers of cinema. Parking to cinema is also little far and there is no direct lift to Cinema.

The cinema hall is good but cannot be tried by elder persons in late night shows. This is because the mall is totally abandoned, deserted and dirty. So to reach the third floor for Cinemax, one has to make use of escalators which do not work. So one has to climb them manually. Even in the basement parking there is no one to guide you properly for parking your car. To be very frank, one should go to a better place such as acropolis mall PVR and avoid this one.

1. No lift was working.Escalator was very dirty and they were even not working. So we had to climb 3 floors .The full mall was smelling just like any thing . My seat F9 , screen 1 brokenstaffs behaviour was very bad.

In my experience this cinema really nice comparison of other cinema. Its ticket rate is low, parking facility is free and big, good quality sounds like other theater with low rate tickets, many times they offer ticket one low rate like 100 rs for all silver, platinum or Gold. Other thing is ticket counter person also very respectfully give us answer. This cinema near also Iskon Temple so you need not time pass or waiting if show time after 1 hour or half hour..You just walk 5 minutes and visit that temple. Its Ahmedabad famous temple. In short you can easily time spend without time pass in that place. Atleast 1 time you should experience that cinema.

Its an average theater, 3D experience was not so good. The screen became small while movie started so couldnt enjoy. The space between seats is not much so it became difficult to stretch legs and give space to passerby. Food was alright no complaints. Sound was not tuned so sometimes it was high for some adds and normal for other adds. Need to be fixed.

Cool ambience and atmosphere. But they still need to improve cleaning service theatre hall. e.g. seat cover, floor and cold drink quality. I frequently went to this place because its pretty close to my home.

3D was good. Seats were on the verge of dropping into an invisible void. Stiff and not at all adjustable seats. For a movie buff, who doesnt care about the seats position but looks at the cushion and comfort, then its great!

Very nice place to watch movie. Only problem faced was that one of the handle on seat was broken and hence it seems maintenance is not done properly. Otherwise cleanliness and other things were very nice. Giving 4 star only due to that problem.

Safety Hazard!This Cinema is inside an abandoned/rundown mall. The cinema is on the 3rd floor of an abandoned mall. It is unsafe, there are not enough lifts for senior citizens, open construction waste which is a health hazard.Additionally, a lot of the seats in the cinema hall are broken. I couldnt view the movie properly as the image was washed out. It was unclear.In short, my WORST CINEMA EXPERIENCE EVER!

One of the oldest multiplex of Ahmedabad. But cleanliness and seating facility is getting worst day by day, need to improve to stay in the field. Otherwise great multiplexes are available in Ahmedabad

The theatre was big enough and so were the comfortable seats. The only problem is the availablity of the lifts for the aged people who need lifts. Rest it a good place to watch a movie and moreover the tickets were very reasonable!!!

Cinemax is located inside a vacant mall. Only one lift is available to reach the top floor. Overall a good cinema theatre.

Condition of Mall was worst you can ever imagine. I dont know how they manage to fit a picture hall there. Screens are good, but seats are not comfortable.

The leg room between the rows is less, the width of the seats is also less. In the whole mall only the multiplex is running on the 3rd floor and one hypermarket on the ground floor. The lift and the whole corridor space outside the multiplex is not at all maintained, the place was smelling as if someone had urinated in the corridor.

Its a mall but theres no shop in the mall I dont think so that it is mall. Cinema cinema was good, but mall was in very bad condition. Escalators are out of working. Only one lift in working and that was not enough for handling crowd.

Once you enter the theater, its feel a little better. Pathetic parking. One and only over loaded elevator. Mall is empty.

Screen 2, Avengers end game, worst sound experience ever... Sounds was like I was watching movie with tv speaker output. I informed management about the sound issue that there is no bass in sound. kindly check and fix it. but there was no improvement even after Interval. Kindly all users dont dont book tickets at CINEMAX DEV ARC MALL for screen 2. You are going to waste your time and money as well.For Cinemax management, Improve sound. make it more loud and with bass settings. Also check dolby settings.You dont deserve even 1 star.

The movie theatre is ok but the Mall is like ruin. It is a scary place at night. There is only one lift so you have to wait for your turn or take stairs to 3rd floor. Once you are inside then it feels like a movie theatre. The screen is not huge and the brightness is on the lower side. I did not face any challenges with the 3d glasses. The food is expensive like any other theatre. One 500ml water bottle costed Rs. 60/- which I feel is on the higher side.

First of all, you are visiting a haunted place with no shops whatsoever so the beginning itself is ominous. Also only one lift is working and there are no stairs at all which means you have to go through non working escalators. The cinema itself is in dilapidated condition and my seat too was broken. Dont forget they have no respect for audience times as they show ads for about 30-45 mins in total(begin+interval). Would never visit this cinema again. Others like cinepolis, acropolis etc are much better.

Good place. Just have to reach 15 minutes before the movie start time as cinema on third floor and in underground car parking I saw only one lift.

PVR cinema is all good. But what a disgusting Mall!! How can there be an abandoned mall without any shops in the middle of the S.G. highway.I dont know what they are planning for complete mall but I guess that building is profiting only via PVR.Need to renovate the place with sanitation in the mind.Food is costly as always. Around 5 times the normal price.Screen is perfect.

Located in Dev arcmall cinemix is now Owned by PVR cinemas ..parking is in basement and elevator takes forever to come as its always crowded .so make sure you reach there at least half hour before .This theatre is in empty mall. Auditorium s are big and seats are ok.

Multiplex facilities are good but the mall facilities including stairs, escalators and elevators are pathetic and out of service leading to public despair.. Hence path to multiplex is in shambles but once you are inside multiplex you are all good until the time you need to come out again. One can make their own choice..

Worst experience ever got bitten by bugs over my right leg. Also some scratches in my hands. The theatre wasnt maintained properly. Also the movie was interrupted by a sound glitch in between. Reaching the place is feels doomed through devarc ma which is complete washout.

The experience was OK. I have watched manikarnika movie with family. The mall is completely closed down only cinemax is working in this. So be careful if u r visiting this place. I recommended wide angel to visit for movies compare to cinemax. Also one lift us working in this. So u have to wait a lot for lift. The seats also not comfortable at all. It should be a last option to watch a movie.

We came to this cinema , only one lift is working having capacity of 8 persons only. Very dirty stairs and you have to use non working escalators.My seat F9 ( screen 1 ) was broken.I dont think this is cinema which PVR used to be.

Chairs are not comfortable. They are not recliner. The springs of seat are loose and because of that seats become inclined. Bad experience of chair. Not recommended.
