Staffs are not using masks. specially the nurses who are giving vaccines. they are so arrogant. as a healthcare staffs they should create awareness by taking proper precautions. instead of that they are indirectly influencing people for not using masks. Such a shameful act.

Had gone through spinal surgery (after effects of Covid) . Though there were many complications Spine Surgeon Dr Bhavik Patel, Dr Amit Agrawal and their team performed it quite well and therefore surgery went well by grace of omnipotent. Hospital PRO, Nursing staff, house keeping and attenders are quite professional and helpful. Having good canteen facilities for patients and relatives.though there is huge delay in service and requires repeated reminder calls

All doctor and stuff are very good.24 hours they provide services. Over all very good hospital

Beware, never admit into emergency unless it is a real emergency.Had gone for a simple angiography of a relative costing some 6K. Led to unwanted reports and ask of 50k as well as unwanted admission.Had to really fight to get out of there after paying 14k plus with no angiography. Just some basic reports.

Very nice staff of vaccination and Mr. Dharmesh who do the registration is very friendly and other nursing staff are very polite ,, cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained ,, plus there one girl named Miss Maitri is very sweet and helping too , she guides us in download our certificate

HiHad booked myself my first Jab (Sputnik V) @ Krishna Shalby hospital and the whole setup was superb. Very well planned and organised considering the movement of so many people. Had a lot of questions before and after the vaccination for the first and second dose and was totally satisfied with the way the queries were handled by Jay Shah their hospitality manager. Despite of giving slot for vaccination I am sitting here from last 4 hours. They are taking so much time in billing. Government is giving the vaccine those are not taking that much time. On top of that they are taking the money of 2 doses advance. I recommend to go to Apollo hospitals not here. It is so bad experience. I would recommend again not to come here. I would give star in minus but I don’t have option here

Can hospital management answer my question here only?How can they charged for both the dose of spuntik-V vaccine in first visit?I am not aware for any advisory/direction from govt bodies where it is mentioned that private hospital can charge in advance payment for second dose.You are forcing to people for taking second dose from your hospital by taking advance payment.I suppose this is a wrong practice if you have any logic behind it please explain.Expecting answer from hospital management here only.Pls dont reply standard answer please provide your contact details we will contact you.

Wait for your X-Ray/CT Scan/Any kind of blood/urine report getting done (aprx 40 min without any queue)4. Wait to get your medicines with printed invoice (aprx 30 min without any queue). If youre lucky, youll get all the mentioned medicines, otherwise you need to purchase from outside.So if youve an emergency, and you love the patient, and dont want him/her suffer from waiting for the treatment getting done, please find other option.And yes, make sure you can afford to pay 3X.
