Had a really bad experience with a person by the name of Mr Pathak who claims to be the Deputy Secretary. He is rude to the extent to banging down the phone and telling that you can go an complain about me to anyone you feel like.Wow....one one side we have Vibrant Gujarat inviting investors to business friendly Gujarat and on the other side you have a Deputy Secretary showing his arrogance and power.

It is the building situated on the Ashram Road which is built before many years.It is the well maintained building for the purpose of meetings and other important function condycted by finance /commerce activities.The building is re named as PELICAN before few years ago.It is very prestigious institute.

I had called up the chamber today to request them for chamberization of an urgent document. My call was transferred to one Mr. Pathak. I am surprised and shocked that inspire of listening to my requirement properly he just cut me short and banged down the phone. Is this the way to treat the member? I am not sure if this the true face of Vibrant Gujarat.

VFS Global Office for Visa application. Good service but.. be careful for parking in peak hours

People often confuse GCCI with VFS, and hence the high review, but it deserves even less than 1 star. They are rude, bureaucratic and extremely unprofessional in their operation. There is no process of complaint or addressing the complaints. There has to be a better, simpler way to get a recommendation letter for Saudi Visa.
