My last day at my previous Job was 07/02/2021. After that due to COVID period there were telephonic interviews in all consultancies and companies were hiring through consultancies. I was very much tensed because the consultancies were calling me or I used to call some and they took all my details and at the end they just gave me a low profile or would say once job is available they will call me back. I was very worried about it.But in this consultancy arise solution understood (Manav bhatia) my problem.Manav bhatia is a very good,rapid, professional,ethical and most importantly promise delivering person in this organisation.He called me up in an evening of a Thursday understood my situation. He promised me to revert me back with best profile. On Saturday morning I got a call for Versant round in the afternoon for oops round in the evening I uploaded the documents and Monday morning I got the offer letter. And my joining is very soon.I would wish he(Manav bhatia) reaches a good position in this organisation.

I had a call today in the morning at 10am from DIVYA regarding interview. She didnt inform me in advance regarding interview and told me to come in 1 hr to the office. Then she extended the time till 4pm so that I can come. Then again dont know what happened to her she told me to come in 1 hr only for interview or leave the opportunity. Not a good behavior. I dont know how they would be treating to their employees.

Never go to this consultancy. Unexpected behaviour of Jay (A staff employee). They ask for original documents I dont why consultancy needs our original documents... Please do not share ur documents to any consultancy... Might be they misused our documents... Very bad response from arise...

This guys dont use brain!! A guy from HR name (saket or sanket) was trying to reach me to check if i am looking for a job. I have not applied for job or none of my sources like linkedin tells if i am looking for job. That guy who cant even speak and understand English calling me in day time IST arround 11 am and 2.30 pm to see if i am looking for job in US IT recruitment which is in night shift?? Really man? how does this make sense to you?? If i am US it recruitment i must not be sleeping Practically?? And not once calling me on Tuesday Wenesday Thursday in those timings? I am a very judgmental person if they have such HR who doesnt use logic then company must not be good because some manager must have hire that HR and some director must have hire that manager. Learn some culture!!

I have just received call from arise solutions.Worst Experience ever..they dont even know how to talk with recruiters. Never receive calls from this company or dont send any details or CV to the company.😡

I think its an fake consultancy.Its the second time with me that they have send me all details of interview timings and location but still they are not sending Job description ‘JD’ even after asking multiple times.They are giving some silly excuses that we have already sent you JD on mail 14 times but you have some issues in your mail thats why you are not able to receive.I have also provided them an alternative email ID still thay have the same excuse.I shared my whatsapp number so that they can send me JD on whatsapp but they didn’t.I dont know why you guys are not sending JD before an interview ‘if you have scheduled’A real company firstly share their offered job’s JD.

Jay HR exe. in Arise helped me upto Great extent in knowing the whole travel process frm Surat to Ahmedabad. He even told me the discount codes on paytm using which i could save my money in travelling. He also told me the schedule of the bus. N then he also told me the way how i could save money by travelling within Ahmedabad to reach Arise solution from Ahmedabad station. Thanks a lot Jay I wish all HR exe. should give this kind of Great Service. Thanks a million ton.
