I was told it wasnt a sales job and it clearly is. I worked for a couple days and now every time I call and ask about my check no one calls me back and Im blocked from slack to email them.

Maybe Im jaded because I work here but this is a good place to work. The pay is competitive. Its a local company with owners that take a personal interest in their employees. They truly do have an open door policy. Fantastic pay for hard workers. You do have to be a good sales person and they wont keep you if you arent but that makes sense to me. Ive seen a lot of people come and go but if you are a mature worker who understands that you are actually supposed to work at work you will do great here.

They hired my daughter and let her go three weeks later. 😏

Call center, simple job, learn the info, work your hand. Decent pay to sit indoors all day.

Nice place to work if you like constantly trying to get ppl to buy things. It was just not my cup of tea. Hence the 3 🌟, thats the only reason.

I met the people at UMG about a year ago via a referral from a friend. I was apprehensive about using a call center service at first, but the owners Jason and Steve really helped me to see the benefits of outsourcing our late night call staffing. Our sales are up from where they used to be because their people are great at up selling. We have also recommended UMG to some of our healthcare clients in Ohio.

I love this job the people the staff is just amazing # 1

Downsides: Commission/bonus is not guaranteed constantly changing to reduce employees pay. Not much incentive to move up in the company, with most who take promotions ending up making less money, and being more restricted. Upsells, and constant sales rebuttles are mandatory and can be extremely excessive, making customer interactions feel very pressured and uncomfortable. Mandatory weekends and holidays without extra pay. Upsides: Open air fun work enviroment with lots of contests, extremely friendly and helpful management team, and great co-workers. Family friendly workplace with plently of events such as cubicle trick or treating and visits from Santa on holidays. They feed you almost every weekend.

Mandatory weekends and holidays, and they will fire you if you are struggling during your first day on the floor while still in training

This place is a bad place has people who work there that harass me and threaten my life I call to speak to manger or boss a bunch of times and nothing I have even email them personally and still have the person harassing me an being mean to me
