Proficuous is unlike anywhere else I have worked. It has a strong culture for a company that is growing rapidly. There is a motivation in driving new projects and the team help others complete theirs. The overall work/life balance is wonderful and Proficuous goes out of its way to ensure you stay balanced. Its been few months i have joined the company but, to be honest the work atmosphere of the company is very pleasant. I just enjoy working here.
