1. Shimla: Hotel provided (Moksh Hotel, Waknaghat P O Dumehar Solan, Kandaghat Shimla, Himachal Pradesh - 173234) 25 Km away from shimla, with no connectivity to shimla town.2. Dalhousie: Hotel provided ( Hotel Aroma Palace, Near Pink Palace, Courts Lane, 176310 Chamba) 50 Km away from dalhousie. Only one night stay provided at chamba though two night in dalhousie has to be provided as mentioned in itinerary.3. No basic amenities like toilet and refreshing point has been provided, have to do toilet in open. In dalhousie have to use public toilet as no hotel decided till morning.4. Drive from manali to dalhousie took 36 hours without any rest even for bus driver. They are playing with life of travelers. Accident of keshvi tours and travelers Bus happened after two days (refer attachment).5. Food provided in unhygienic condition on road.

Vry poor facilityI had experienced at himachal+vaishnodevi trip. They dont have Gud facility in food + hotel rooms + travel advisory. They taken bus which is not serviced so ac is not working. Food quality is OK but it hvent good tast... because Of bed food 6-7 person having gastric problems for 2-3 days... If v complain something to tour manager he blame to operators... So again v helpless. Sooo this Surat keshwi tours was vary bad experience for me n Frm Nxt I will never be part of it

At the time of booking, the management says that if you book early, get the required seat number in the bus, once the money has arrived, change the seat number without asking, cancel the tour at any time, change it to another tour or other date. When two or three different dates merge on a bus, sit in the bus and find out that your seat number has changed. The same seat number is given to two different people. There are fights between the passengers after our bus. Made of ki, cooking water is not wood, nothing is wrong.There is nothing wrong with taking money from the village and in the service.
