Studied at the Higher School of Economics under the Executive MBA program - Project Management. The first thing I would like to note is the convenient training schedule. Most of the people who work through the program, so the schedule is very important. We only had classes on Saturdays. Second, the variety of disciplines. We touched on virtually every area, financial management, business forecasting, investment strategies, and consulting. Moreover, this is not just lectures, it is practice. And practice is the third. We had practically twice as much practice, 256 hours. At the end of the program, you receive a diploma of professional retraining. This is a separate plus for the practice, because there is really a lot of it, almost twice as much as lectures. For current managers, this is important, because often there is knowledge, but there are no skills to apply certain things.

I have nothing to say for the bachelors and masters programs, but the professional retraining at HSE is excellent. I completed the Executive MBA program in project management last year. Faced the need to study when he took over as director. When there is no systematic knowledge of how to properly manage a department, how to develop work on projects, what tools to use, what methods, it is difficult to maintain high positions. Moreover, I work in an international company, here the competition within the company is high, it is difficult without personal and professional development. In general, I am satisfied with the program. I have been working as a director for about 3 years, the department has consistently shown excellent results, KPIs are being met, employees are satisfied and are also thinking about completing the program at HSE.
