Good place to solve your queries & the staffs are also very cooperative

NO SIGNAL EVEN THOUGH PROMISING SPEED,NO NETWORK IN CHATTARPUR FARMS OR IGNOU ROAD.

The store is on main road very easy to spot. The workers were very polite and got my job done in a few minutes. Social distancing was being followed with sanitizers at the entrance. Overall nice experience.

In Corona times this Airtel store has ample space to follow social distancing & proper sanitation is maintained. Staff is courteous and efficient. Located on the main road and better signage makes it approachable for customers. Thats it.

Sat in the store for about 30 mins, 7 counters, no queue but no help. Once they finally did call me up they were very helpful!

In the digital world of payment . They are having cash payment.

As always.. Airtel is a useless customer care.. Went to raise request for disconnecting landline, learnt that they will take 45 days for disconnection! And received no SMS with request number.. Pathetic service

Their stuff is helpful and the Ambience is good

Airtel wifi network was not working for most part of my stay. Hence I had to spend 1.45 hours for a max 30 min work. The employees were friendly and cooperative.

Useless staff with no knowledge of handling customers. Representing wrong image of company, management has to work hard and recruit good salespeople who can handle customers also.Feeling highly disappointed after visiting Airtel Store in Saket.

Had a very good experience at airtel outlet.They allow only 1 person at a time with proper sanitization and social distancing.Rajesh was very helpful and suggested good plans. Parking is also available just outside the store.

Slow, bureaucratic.

This store is the most useless place, people are not trained, discourteous, unprofessional and dont know their job. I went to change my Airtel Simard as advised by customer care because my phone was not working since last 6 hrs.person who was dealing with me was busy chasing with his friends in the store while doing my job and he issued me a new SIM card saying that it will get activated in 4 hrs. my phone did not start in 4 hrs so I called up customer care to my surprise he told me that sim change request has not been updated by the the person who was dealing with me in Airtel store so it is going to take another 24 hrs for my phone to get activated.Airtel is the most useless mobile service provider in India and their stores are the most useless place.

Easy to access by metro, or public transport.The centre is not crowded. Simple to get your work done.

The service of the store is nothing but rubbish. Being a foreigner I’m completely disappointed.

Airtel seems to copy the concept of Apple to build these stores but forgot that in India there would be so many people who would not understand simple technology such as request kiosk. And that is where Airtel store has failed miserably. So many people wait at the kiosk for help to get a request slip and then it is long wait for the turn and such high attitude service representatives. God save people from Airtel.

Staff is ok but back end services are not satisfactory

They tell you on your face everything will be taken care of but then they do nothing. Just sweet talking and no actions.

Helpful staffs. Nice ambience. Though Airtel service is worsening day by day, I went there to move from postpaid to prepaid. They asked me to deposit amount, which I did. And it has been 2days since then and still my postpaid sim is working (which they said will stop in a few hours and you can insert new sim then), the contact number provided here is of no use, its either switch off or nobody bothers to pick it up.Doesnt matter how good staff is or ambience if they are not resolving customer issues.

I had to visit 5 times to get new SIM, I lost my phone on 21st May 2019 and still my no. not activated, today is 24th May 2019. Saket Airtel Store have there own requirements, they ask more documents other than required documents, they kept application pending and did not informed customer, Airtel must change Saket Manager immediately.

You will not get solution to your problem in one go..... so 3 star is good enough to explain...

A cool place to get your simcard in India. Dont forget to take your passport, a printed photo (you can get one on the other side of the street) and also the name and mobile phone of somebody in India.

Worst Airtel Store ever!Its not because of emotions..it is because of facts that too repeatedly, because of which i am saying so.1st time experience: I decided to port my voda no to airtel from this store. The girl said it will take 1-3 days at max for MNP. To my surprise it didn’t port even after 14days!! Later they realised that THEY HAVE ISSUED WRONG SIM TYPE(H-4 or H-5 type sim) to me because of which i was not getting signal. !!!My previous operator(voda) stopped its services and this airtel store gave me wrong sim. I was left with no phone number!!Recent experience (2ND TIME):I again went to this store hoping this have changed. But as expected again it was the same thing: hopeless!!I brought a new connection which was supposed to be activated max. in 4hrs. It again took 4 days before It could start!!And when I tried to have a wprd with the executive over phone, she had her own arrogance and attitude as if I had borrowed the number from her.!!AIRTEL PLEASE LOOK AFTER SUCH STORES WHO ARE CONTINUING TO HAMPER YOUR BRAND IMAGE SINCE LONG! Or else we will believe that AIRTEL WORKS IN THIS WAY ONLY LIKE A BABU CELL PHONE OPERATOR!
