I visted 2 time in this branch for cash deposit both time i face issue 1st time the bank server not working so they denied to collcet the cash and 2nd time the cash collceter officer is not availebal on brach.

Although bank staff is co operative still has overall worst experience from ICICI Policies.1. Through ICICI bank I have got POC machine. When my customers are not using it, instead they pay by net banking or UPI, machine use is negligible. This people have without my permission has deactivated and had charged reactivation charges and ICICI bank is instrumental to it has allowed POC service provider to deduct those charges without permission. I have requested them to cancel service through bank, inspite of that after that request they are sending threat messages to recover more charges from my account.2. Bank has provided me RM Ms Shukla whose name I heard for first time as my RM after opening my account. Bank is paying this RM handsome salary for not working at all and not contacting the customer whom she is supposed to support. Even after sending her a message she has ignored to contact me to solve my issues.I propose to award such a efficient and hard working ICICI Bank employee a sheild if bank cannot afford at my expense. Another suggestion is that bank shall give work and customers which a single RM can handle, it seems that thye are over burdened by work and had no time or are confused or probably not given good training how to work for bank. If bank employe such more person who are effectily taking care NOT TO WORK, it will be in benefit of their vast customer and non customers, beacuse bank will be DEFAULTER BANK earliest and customers will be saved of the defaulting bank.
