I had a very bad experience! I drafted the ad and entered it. The web page did the counting of words and computed the amount I had to pay including taxes. I made the payment accordingly.Next day I got a call saying, You have INCORRECTLY counted the words in the ad and you have to pay for more words. etc. etc. OR delete words in the ad to bring down the words. I am still wondering how is it possible to delete one fifth of words from a ad and still convey the desired message. It was a totally foolish suggestion, I feel.I requested the callers to refund the amount paid so that I can go to other agency, but no action was taken and there was a total silence from releaseMyAd.For the fear of loosing the money paid to releaseMyAd, I am forced to pay more money to them. After paying the extra money asked for by releaseMyAd, for no fault at my end, I am wondering whether the my ad will appear in the newspaper or not and when!!

Took the money to book the ad. Ad never got published. When I called the help line my call was put on hold after I gave them my Ad id (1203561). Then there is a 7 min hold and the call gets disconnected. This happened thrice. There after the call center reps stopped talking on the call. I have no idea if my refund will be given.Avoid this website. There are better ways to print an add in a news paper.

Some time ads displayed and some time not . Very bad response given by customer service person. Had given ads for 3 days. but havent got my ads displayed in newspapers on any of the day when i called them they said send us mail then i send the mail. got reply from them we will revert you in 2 business days. You know 10 to 15 days completed havent got any reply from them and then when i called them customer service person said ads has been published we got the confirmation from publisher . when i said no i had check we havent got the ads published He arguing with me and saying nothing i can do you may do whatever you want to do. And without informing he hung up the calls. There is no any manners in Customer Service Team that how to talk with the customer and how to handle the customer.

I had a bitter experience with ReleaseMyAd Agency at Ahmedabad. When I posted the matter for advertisement online, the system allowed me to enter the date of advertisement which I preferred. The preferred date was 24th July 2016. Later, after making payment, the next day, I got a mail from the agency stating that the advertisement will be published on 31st and NOT 24th of July. It was a matrimonial ad. As the related person would leave India on 27th, advertising the matter after departure from the country would not have served the purpose. When I requested for cancellation and refund, the company informed me that they would deduct 25 % of the amount remitted. It was none of my fault. If the preferred date was not available, they should have disabled that date in the system.
