I worked at CC for a month and the organization lacks ethics and coordination. Due to some personal reasons I had to leave immediately and irrespective of it being a genuine reason, they did not pay me my salary.  At first they said it was 15 days notice period that I had to serve and since I couldnt, they would deduct 15 days salary and I was completely okay with it. Later after 10-12 days I was told it is a 30 days notice period and so I wont be paid for the whole month. This was not even informed to my until I checked with the HR  when the salary was due. The least they could have done was to inform me about it when they had taken the decision. I really didnt understand their point as I was on my probation period and 30 days notice is not what you expect someone to serve if theyve just worked for a month.

Was stunned by the pride the consultant I met at their office had in their agency being pricy. When I asked her how do they generally work their brand Itentity creation commercials, her response was, we are Gujarats expensive agency. (I guess it was my college kid like clothing maybe). When I asked her to take my email so she can share come basic information with me, she just handed me her card and asked me to email her and shed respond to that (Wow.). She had a notebook and pen right infront of her. I was really keen (I loved the stuff they put on their office window) on taking their services, but I am not sure how I will be treated when I am their customer if I was treated like this when I was a prospective customer.Just a suggestion to CC: dont tell your customer you will charge him more. What he needs to know is you will deliver better than anyone.
