We visited this place for interview purpose but we still we were treated so nicely that it was out of my imagination.Now just think that if a to be employee is treated so well then then obviously customers will be treated too with great service.

Now Starhealth Insurance Office is shifted on following address :4th floor,Viva-III building,Near Navrangpura police station,beside Aakansha society and Infront of Reliance Mart,Mithakhali 6 road,Navrangpura,Ahmedabad-380009

Starhealth Customer support provides this address to submit claim file. When we reached mentioned location we found that the office address has changed. Surprise to see that customer support is not having information that address has changed. I hv not seen such unprofessional company. As I was out of station my wife who underwent surgery went to submit the file and after reaching on that place there was no office none of the neighboring offices were not aware were the office was shifted. Pathetic and worst experience. Very very bad experience.

Not able to reach their office on phone.Not given hard copy of Insurance policy.

Not getting proper answer after getting policy... In my 1 policy company deduct 27000 amount from 37000.. very disappointed...

They have not changed address for their new office. The address given on Google is incorrect. The new address is VIVA 3 building, near mithakali 6 road, opposite reliance mart

Actually the office is shifted to new place but they didnt update it on Google map.its a problematic thing.

Very high premium also cos policy not favour to policy holder be awaee as miss selling or lack of knowledge is doing by some agents
