Went to submit reports. Office is in CG road the heart of commercial center in AHD. Office frontal is poor in upkeep. Needs improvement. But staff were quick and responsive. Support very good. Claim processing is done in Pune. Recommend.

Contact Number Given Here is Not Working and they just Dont have time to check their mail even..IF you Have Any Query Regarding Cashless then Please dont waste your time here... Just Use Toll free Number so that U can be sure that once in a while u will get a reply otherwise u will get round and round and go through endless process

Useless staff. They dont bother to answer. They never give accurate answers. When it comes to policy money they want it on time but when we want our money back they avt careless. They should be punished. They should should answer atleast. When u ask them they will again give the same nonsense answers and then cut the call.

Pathetic.No one to talk, no one to take call in customer care, email gives system generated replies that claim is under process. What is your claim settlement period. long holds on customer care number then take request of call back and there is no call from their end. Its simply frustrating in todays time. Follow up with this company is waste of time. God knows whats happening with my claim file.

Their office is at Ahmedabad has no knowledge of how to take care of customers. Especially the doctor or doctors who is checking the claim seems taking abrupt decision with out considering actual situation. Just noticed in one of our post admission claim they have cleared the charges for one consultation & rejected another for same problem. Even ambulance charges have been refused. Moreover the doctors who are sitting in ac cabins are least bothered about the rules & regulations of neither insurance company nor policy. Most importantly let me highlight here one side government is increasing the premium of senior citizens with out considering that they dont have any income and on the top of it genuine claims are being rejected by TPA Medi Assist/Oriental Insurance company.This post needs to go to entire print/digital media, health ministry and PMO. Very soon tweeting to honorable health minister Shri J.P. Naddaji....Please stop harassing Senior Citizens of your country.

They are cheating with the customer. My claim was not in progress from more than month so I go there and shouted at them they said we will take it faster and within 30 minutes my claim rejected

Very Poor, This TPA means - Thirdclass provider, Very bogus company, Unnecessary Delayed claims and very hesitating service by the Customer service center, Every time send the auto mail and not revert to any of the queries. I have not seen such a thirdclass ever and ever company. Do not buy any policy with the mediassist TPA.

Not available cashless service in all Vadodara district. Because in vadodara distict there is not a single hospital covered in GIPSA network services.I have taken individual policy of naional insurance from Bank of baroda. Worst TPA company dont buy any insurance policy under Medi Assist Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd.
