Excellent Hospital !Doctors are the best.Team members are superb.Security staff on contract basis not so good with rural people.Building and architecture is good.Parking always an issue.

Treatment was good. But the facility of parking 🚗 was so far and they havent put a sign to the way of parking lot.In COVID times, they are not allowing too many people to come inside hospital and as the people are roaming outside they faced many issues like the hospital didnt arrange a facility to sit outside and havent any washroom🚾 publicaly.Very bad experience with basic facilities.😶

Very dissatisfied with all the services and very poor management. Security staff having no manners. Emergency department is o messie. Canteen place n food are so disgusting. Treatment process is very slow. Angiography department are forced to pay extra money in night during patients angiography. Also refund process is very lengthy and slow.Angiography department is also not clean and patients blood on the floor. And staff doesnt care about it. Removing shoes out of the building is redicules i cant understand this policy of hospital this is totally unhygienic and infective. Very late and lazy answers form the hospital staff. I am not going to recommend this hospital to others asspecialy heart patients.Hoping for the better management.

Worst worst worst!The worst place ever to visit. I dont know if the so called cvts doctors there really have mbbs degree!!My mother was suffering from complete obstruction of her leg arteries since last five days. After we did Ct Angio and it was confirmed, we rushed her to U.N. Mehta. We reached there at around 4 pm. Till 5 pm we were just misguided. She couldnt walk even and they denied wheel chair too. From one opd to another and then to next room, lot of time was wasted.Finally we were sent to ECMS ROOM no 29 and the resident doctors came to examine her. It was an emergency and quick action was needed or else she would lose her limb. All doctors were of opinion that she ahould be operated asap. However, Dr. Ashish Agrawal was adamant not to operate her. He wanted to keep her for 3 days on blood thinning aganets. He is a very egoistic and areogant man. Finally when my mother was half fainted, we decided to leave that place and finally took her to Indovasc hospital where she was immediately operated at 10:30 pm in night and we could save her half limb.The eoctors and other staff is so so rude and they think they are Gods. I guarantee that such people wont last a day even in their private practice. Thats the only reaosn they are teaching at one place since years and will never leave that place since their retirement.Kindly avoid this place of you really wish to have a proper and timely treaent for you or your near and dear ones.

Good and average hospitals. Doctors some of the nursing staffs are good but some nurces (sisters) are behaving with too much attitude and ego. They are treating patients as a body not as a patients. I cant give advise to any relatives to admit any patients to U. N. MEHTA hospital.

Worst cardiology hospital ever visited. Cheap security staff having no manners how to speak with the patient and their relatives. Rude behavior with rural and out of state patients by security. Entire nursing staff doctors and maintenance staff are allowed to wear foot wear. Patients and relatives are forced to walk with naked feet in entire building. Photo copy machine in New administration building is out of order since one week and no one cares for that. No canteen or food is available after 10 pm. The doctors are brilliant and experienced but along with this other factors need to be maintained properly. Whenever asked anything to the nurses very casual and lazy answer was received.

The only good thing is surgery… Rest of the thing is not up to the mark.Inter department communication is very poor.Some example1. They offer two times same tablet due to miss communication.2. While transfer from ICU to MICCU they dont know that that there is vacancy available their or not. Patient have to wait for 1 hour in stracher.3. If you have insurance the management is not helpful to solve query. They do not have professional attitude while dealing with patients.I suggest if you have mediclaim dont go to UN Mehta…. Just went to other good near by hospital.
