Dont have any photos. Company is good in under IT category. Staff was good too. Unfortunately, it took us almost 15-20 minutes to find the exact way to reach the reception. Office is located in one of the major building of the area. Good location. Has a great parking plot which is almost triple to the building size. Number of lifts.

Very fine place to work over here! I just went here for an interview but i love the place discipline and the firm work. There are around 5k people are working and u ll find pin drop silent over here. The HR of this firm is very genuine and helping. It is an MNC and the firm with not even single quarter loss. Very friendly environment to work over here.Canteen is fine.You will find over here multiple swifts and also bus drop service.I just found issue of parking because very congested place in very havey traffic area.

Would never work here. Ran away from interview as I waited for almost 3 hours at reception for my turn. No one offered water meanwhile and I had to leave that lazy and careless peoples place after that. That was my first and last experience. I never applied after that but they keep bombarding emails for interviews. If you really want resources, treat them well.

Also company dont follow zero tolerance in terms of sexual harassment as most of the TL and manager have sexual harassment complaints against them and company just gives them a verbal warning.Absorb some professionals from the industry at higher levels to bring generic industrial expertise. Dont do Micro management. Dont blindly trust your employees who are working for you for 8-10 years. You call them loyal but actually they are not capable enough to get a job outside of your organisation. That is why they are with you. People having 2-4 years of experience with other organisation are far technically sound then your 8-10 years experienced mentors. I have spent some of my really worst days with ECW. Mentors are meant to help their subordinates but some of them actually put pressure on you and will force you to stay back and complete the assigned task even if it is not on priority. Your Mentors are not James gosling or mark Zuckerberg who can give a feedback on their subordinates. Ask the employees to provide a feedback on their mentors whether they are satisfied with their mentors or not. Ask them to rate their mentors on technical and soft skill parameters then you will know the reality. You dont even know how they behave with their teammates. Politics and favoritism game is there in every corner of the company. Be a more employee friendly company and listen to your employees after all they are the ones who work hard for your product. Your Mentors are just there to do politics and pressurize their teammates.A lot of policies/procedures don’t seem to make any sense (and sometimes there are no policies/procedures at all). It seems as if there is not enough talking between department leads and the info doesn’t make it downhill to others. It is difficult to make changes within the company. Workloads can get a little crazy.Too much is being put on a small group of employees and this is impacting their overall outputs. Feel things are spinning out of control. Do not believe we live up to the commitments made - especially around mandate related items. Feel we over promise and under deliver, and the customers are losing faith in us.poor communication between departments, lack of structured standards across the board for the entire company, high work load with little recognition. Listen to your employees… regularly ask employees what their thoughts are and how eCW can be better. It’s the employees that see all the day to day stuff going on, keep listening to them.Hire people with better management and business experience. Better distribute the workload. Too much becomes a bottleneck with the flat hierarchy.Develop a stronger structure in the company for all departments to follow. Be more proactive about making sure everyone is aware of product developments and changes. Offer more feedback to employees throughout the year for job performance and motivation.Nothing good about this company. Worst company when it comes to management of human resources. heads behaves as if they are the owners of the entire company and goes on abusing and threatening employees. Spouses get employed in the company even though they are not qualified and experienced to be in that position. Even this happened in critical positions like HR.. hilarious!!! think a million times before you join this family run company where humans are treated like slaves.WHO CARES???? But certainly the govt authorities in India and USA should take note of this and intervene to implement some kind of discipline in the management of human resources.
