Sharing a mixed review. In terms of Service, they are excellent. Prompt response on calls, efficient doctor and nurse, must say a need of time service in this COVID era. But, yes be prepare for some hidden charges. Lack of transparency in refund process.

I booked a Doctor Visit and a sample Collection in the afternoon. The sample was collected after 2 hours and doc visit in next 2.5 hours. And the best was that RTPCR report was delivered online in next 4 hours. So far its the best service that I have received.

Dear SirAmidst virulant tensed period of around mid of April 2021, when all medical resources had dried out to the extent that they were not available at any cost, your team has done reasonably good job. Unfortunately, in our country priority and preferance are given to you based on how influencial you are rather than deciding it as per meritocracy of case to case, which is what we badly experienced on 14th April when we were struggling to find a bed for my ailing mother. You could not arrange it either. Still we do not have any grievance looking to overall situation prevailing beyond ones control in those days.Your team did best whatever they could.only one thing I would like to plead - please donot be opportunistic like others and make your service affordable to public, as I am sure you are different from others. 👍

Outstanding service, life has become very difficult at this tough time of COVOD 19 pendimic and at this difficult time, these people are doing excellent service for mankind.My wife was very serious with Covid and I could not get bed in hospital. It was very vulnerable time and at such difficult time I got their number from one of my friend, I call them late night at 11 PM and they confirmed that the doctor will visit next morning.Next morning doctor visited, the Doctor was very seniour from one of very renowned and big hospital. In this time when all the hospitals are fully loded an all the doctor being very busy this doctor gave us full time, explained everything to us. Done our counseling.I very much appreciate everything Dr have done for us! He listen, he speak with such a gentle voice, he act with skill and wisdom.Thank you team of Doctor at your Doorstep and Doctor. I am very blessed to have you. Thank you very much for everything

Best Home care service. Management arrange best doctors according to patients requirement and arrange all tastes lnclude x ray at tour door steps. Excellent is the word if you are asking for their staff and supporting services. A must recommend by me if you are searching for home care for your love ones.

Very unprofessional behaviour. They will force you to deposits the money. But they will never answer your calls. Today I have made atleast 50 calls to them and their owner none of them were responded.In short they are totally unprofessional. And in the medical line for any emergency such services are very untrustworthy.

We all five members are fully satisfied and feeled so safe under the consultation of Dr. Bhavsinh Parmar sir. It fulfilled our all requirements, like we wanted to be at home but nursing like hosital.
