This is the most pathetic experience I have ever had with any ecommerce company. The promoters and employees of this company lie on every occasion.I can prove each claim below with adequate mail and whatsapp screenshots.I ordered a pump which did not get delivered even after 15 days (they kept saying it would come in the next 12 hours any time i called). Finally when I pushed hard, they said they would refund the money and some additional amount to compensate for the water that we had to order due to the delays.It has been more than one month. I have received about half the amount. For the other half, they give a different reason every time. I have probably made upward of 100 phone calls, 50 Whatsapp chat and sent 10 emails till now. I highly doubt the intention and integrity of this company.I would like to be proved wrong in this regard and will update the same in the unlikely case it happens.

Late Delivery & difficult to communicate with. I understand that shipping takes time but Team pumpbazaar needs to improve their services . would not buy again.

I think I have been cheated. I received a call from them saying they would give additional discount if I paid via paytm. I also received a proper mail from them.. Once the money was transferred on 26th may, I did not receive any response from them .. On contacting Mr. Rushit Patel regularly I was assured a delivery by the 5 June. Today is 14th june, and Mr. Rushit patel is not receiving my calls today.I will be going to consumer forum..

Very poor service ,very poor communication ,not a skilled technician, dont buy from pump bazar ,really frustating experience.those problem was not solved by pump bazar people they are giving indigestible answers that problem is solved by company people in 10 mts.They are coming with the people without technical knowledge. Doesnt know how much pressure is req.for bathroom.they wl ask for literature of jaquar company literature for setting thats absolutely foolish..They wl say today is staggering next day hanumanjayanti. So. On. .....so. Pl.spend some more money & purchase pump from direct company dealer otherwise u wl be exhausted by calling mr.rushit patel & listening vague answers....

After 2nd time fraud, I am forced to change my review because of them. Very unprofessional & bad services. I dont like to leave bad reviews but Rushit Patel & his company has done mental as well as economical loss to me and my business. Never work with these guys who keep on making you fool & never stick to their words.
