Good with clean locality and nice designs. The lightning of towers is such a cool thing with a nice design moreover it is not overlooked. Its better to provide route indications for towers which is difficult for the first time visitors.Fountain at the center was good to spend some time around it at any time.Construction work of 2 more towers is going on. After the completion of work it may look more attractive.Situation of place side to the SG Highway makes it more popular.

Our office used be at Business Bay.You will get best view from the higher floors.One side is lake view and other side is S G highway view. You will find open garden view due to wedding halls.Backside road/lane is too short.Frond side entry road is mostly broken and very difficult to get in office in monsoon.Parking is a challenge. We used to park on road then bought parking space inside.Machine Parking is available with valley parking facility.

This is commercial building where you will find the corporate offices and IT companies.The building has good security staff and cleaning staff.It has enough parking for 2 and 4 wheelers. The basement parking has two levels so its more than enough space.

Business bay is twin tower corporate office building. Has very large and sophisticated parking space. Just on Sarkhej Gandhinagar highway on Makarba area.Infra is good and building quality is high class.

One of the best corporate buildings in Ahmedabad. Nice view of SG Highway. Not much of traffic nonsense and easy going for employees. The building amenities are beyond best as compared to other buildings.

What to say for it, construction is too awasome, fabulous building construction. Showmodel of ahemdabad city, exlalnt work architectural too perfect. Full of business park but rate is high for rent.
