Very disgusting service and i sent parcel australia to india before 30 days for my nephews birthday gift and they took 10 days in custom office and i got parcel after 14 days. They didnt tell us is anything wrong in parcel or no update given by indian post. I have to pay duty of my all parcel and they opened up. Very bad service.

Best service by central government post and custom department.They give me proper information about my issue and I understand the meaning of custom duty.

Good people there but process is slow and instant update will take time on online portal due to customs process. You need to visit place and follow up your shipment.

Great job guys, my package got cleared in 37minutes. I received my parcel in 13 days total from the standard delivery.

Not so good experience there. I have to literally fight for my parcel to release. With all documents in hand they taking you r exam to release the parcel. And on call it is very to get connected. Sometimes when you connected with the executive, they hang up the call after listening your problem so you have to dial again and wait for to pick up the call. Very poor service by foreign post.

I did mail my dad cremation remains from USA to India to my sister on February 9 2016 it was still not deliver yet when we try to call no one answer the phone call at the post office. It was supposed to be deliver on 6 to 10 business days but it still did not received yet. I do not know what they r doing to holding that cremation remain. From USA post office also trying to reach the post office in India no one reply them yet. My tracking number is cx240180473us.hope somebody can help to process as fast as possible.

Worst service, they newer pickup your call or response of email you must need to face to face communication. At first floor there is custom office available. They say that if your parcel stuck here you need to wait atleast one month.Carry bill copy or transaction statement for personal purchase. avoid order of big size package or heavyweight because they check first them.

They are not bother to take calls nor they reply to emails. just close the office if u dont want to work. cant rate in minus.

Now, Sub Foreign Post Office became Foreign Post Office, which deals with all export nd import of mail under Gujarat Circle/State. Export office is on 1st floor nd Import office is on 2nd floor of Speed Post Bhavan building.

Atmosphere is beautiful , Staff is so helpful and Fast services.

Very Poor, Un responsible services provided by Indian Post,Make it Private then only they can work, I got information from israel they shipped within 2 days to mumbai, mumbai people sent in 1 day , but ahmedabad lazy people till not sent after 15 days. this is our ahmedab post office, they are always founded laze even they never received phones if received as usual table 2 table moving.

I have many bad & unexpected experience here.They asks lots of money to release the parcel.If you reject to pay customs duty & return to the sender. Office person generates Fake tracking number, then shows that its reached to the sender, But infact its not reached to sender. And then we cant confirm that where is our parcel ?They are hungry for money & get some benifits from us.I lost many parcels from here. I paid lots of money & even gave documents to them.BWARE FROM THIS POST OFFICE. NEVER RECOMMEND.
